Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law to use the Service. When you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your credentials where doing so is prohibited or would create a security risk.

ORQILO may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security violations, or material breaches of these Terms. If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, contact us promptly.

Description of the Service

ORQILO is an AI-powered career operating system designed to help you organize career information, improve professional materials, analyze resumes, understand job readiness, and plan career next steps. Depending on your plan, features may include:

• AI resume building and role-tailored resume versions
• ATS resume analysis across seven measured checks
• Market and salary research for a target role
• Career Pivot — comparing your experience against a new direction
• Qilo, your AI Career Twin, and Career Path planning
• Interview preparation
• A personal career workspace, with resume version history

ORQILO may add, modify, remove, or discontinue features over time as the product evolves. The Service is provided for your personal, lawful use in connection with your own career development.

AI-Generated Content and Career Guidance

ORQILO uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to produce outputs such as resume suggestions, resume rewriting, career recommendations, market research, career plans, and Career Twin responses (“AI Content”). AI Content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccurate recommendations. Some analysis is not AI-generated at all: your ATS score is calculated deterministically from measured properties of your resume rather than produced by a model.

You are responsible for reviewing AI Content before using, submitting, publishing, or relying on it. ORQILO does not guarantee employment, interviews, promotions, salary increases, job offers, ATS scores, recruiter responses, or any other career outcome, and ORQILO does not make hiring decisions. Career recommendations are informational and educational; they are not professional legal, financial, medical, immigration, tax, or employment-law advice.

User Content and Responsibilities

“User Content” means information you submit to ORQILO, which may include resumes, CVs, career and employment history, education, skills, career goals, prompts, AI conversations, uploaded documents, and profile information. You retain ownership of your User Content to the extent provided by applicable law, and you are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to provide it.

To operate the Service, you grant ORQILO the rights reasonably necessary to host, store, process, reproduce, modify for formatting purposes, analyze, and transmit your User Content. This license is limited to providing and improving the Service and does not grant ORQILO an unlimited right to use your resume or career data for unrelated purposes, including AI model training, except as described in the ORQILO Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ORQILO to:

• Violate applicable law or infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person
• Impersonate another person or upload information you do not have the right to provide
• Generate fraudulent resumes or professional credentials intended to deceive, or misrepresent your qualifications
• Distribute malware, attack or disrupt the Service, bypass security controls, or attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the Service where prohibited by law, or scrape the Service without authorization
• Abuse AI systems or interfere with another user’s access to the Service
• Attempt to circumvent subscription limits, feature restrictions, or other platform controls
• Use the Service for any illegal activity

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of access, in addition to any other remedies available to ORQILO.

Intellectual Property

ORQILO and its licensors retain all rights in the ORQILO software, branding, logo, visual design, website, platform architecture, documentation, proprietary technology, underlying systems, and original platform content. You receive a limited, personal right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You do not receive ownership of, or any rights in, ORQILO’s underlying technology except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Third-Party Services

ORQILO relies on third-party services for functions such as authentication, database and hosting, AI model processing, payment processing, and job and market data. Some pages also embed a LinkedIn profile-badge script served by LinkedIn. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. ORQILO is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Free and Paid Services

ORQILO lets you explore the platform and build your career profile without payment. Advanced features are available on paid plans. The current plans are Free, ORQILO Pro at ₹99 per month, and ORQILO Premium at ₹199 per month.

• Free — your career workspace, opportunity radar, global jobs, applications and learning
• Pro (₹99/month) — adds AI resume building, ATS analysis, role-tailored resume versions, resume version history, Market Intel and Career Pivot
• Premium (₹199/month) — adds Qilo, your AI Career Twin, plus Career Path and Interview Prep

ORQILO may modify plan features in the future. The features available to you are those provided by your plan at the time of use.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions unless otherwise stated at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay; ORQILO does not receive or store your full payment card details. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable recurring charges. Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable law. Where required, ORQILO will provide notice of price changes before they take effect.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription using the available account or payment management mechanism. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features generally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Service Availability and Changes

ORQILO makes reasonable efforts to provide a reliable service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, continuous access, compatibility with every device, or the permanent availability of any feature. ORQILO may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace features or portions of the Service. Where legally required, appropriate notice will be provided for material changes.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ORQILO does not guarantee job placement, interview success, salary outcomes, promotion, career advancement, ATS performance, recruiter responses, the accuracy of AI-generated information, uninterrupted service, or error-free results.

You are responsible for verifying important information — including resume information, employment history, education, skills, certifications, job requirements, and application information — before relying on or submitting it. You should not submit inaccurate or fabricated information, including AI-generated content you have not reviewed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORQILO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service — including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, career-related outcomes, or reliance on AI-generated recommendations — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of ORQILO, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, User Content that violates applicable law or the rights of others, or your misuse of the Service. This section applies only to the extent proportionate to your conduct and as permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using ORQILO at any time. ORQILO may suspend or terminate access to the Service where appropriate, including for material breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or attempts to circumvent platform restrictions.

After termination, your right to access the Service ends, and any subscription obligations are handled according to Section 11. Information in your account is handled consistent with the data-retention provisions of the ORQILO Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Personal information you provide to ORQILO is handled according to the ORQILO Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, the third parties involved, and the choices you have.

Changes to These Terms

ORQILO may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves or as legal or technical requirements change. When we make material changes, we will provide appropriate notice where required — for example, by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page or notifying you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Service.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent, except as permitted by applicable law.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
• Force majeure: Neither party is liable for events beyond its reasonable control.
• Electronic communications: We may deliver notices electronically, and you consent to receive them where permitted by law.
• Relationship of the parties: Nothing creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
• Survival: Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
